Christian Perspectives - Celebrate God's Power And Victory In Your Life

Celebrate God's Power And Victory In Your Life

Greetings Reader

Psalm 76 begins by saying that God is honored in Judah; his name is great in Israel. Jerusalem is where he lives; Mount Zion is his home. Reading that only from a historical perspective means we'll miss out on the spiritual side of it.

In the New Testament;

  • We honor God. Don't you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
  • His name is made great through us. If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
  • God dwells in us. Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you? 2 Corinthians 3:16
  • He is preparing a place for us in His home called heaven. I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, John 14:2-3

Let's not simply admire God's power; Let's celebrate it. God, through this inspiring Psalm and devotion, invites you to recognize His victories in your life.

God Bless

Robin

God’s Ways Are Not Our Ways Greetings Reader Did you ever wonder how Isaiah 55:8 might affect you. It's the verse that says, “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.” In today's devotion you'll look at the lives of two men in the scriptures that would have never thought the early stages of their lives would evolve to how they turned out. You might think their situations were extreme, and maybe they were. But no matter...

Let All That I Am Praise The Lord, Amen Greetings Reader Psalm 104 offers a powerful description of God's glory and majesty. He reminded us of creation and that every part of it sings God's praise. Therefore, we should also praise Him with all that we are. With hearts, minds, souls, and strength, offer Him praise for His unwavering love and faithfulness. Our praise will only deepen when we recognize God not only as the Creator but also as our Sustainer. He remains actively involved in His...

God Is The Ultimate Judge Who Executes Justice Greetings Reader In Psalm 75, the Psalmist lifted his voice in gratitude and worship, recognizing that God judges the earth with perfect wisdom and unshakable fairness. What comes to your mind when you hear the statement, We are living under the judgment of God. Does it cause fear to come over you or give you a sense of apprehension? Let me ask you this: when you see a police car along the road seeking out speeders, how do you react? Do you...
