Jesus Became Our Ultimate SacrificeGreetings Reader What qualifies Jesus as the ultimate sacrifice for all eternity? Our verse for today sheds some light on that answer. It says that with His own blood He entered the Holy of Holies and secured our salvation. In the Old Testament, except for the few people that God spoke directly to, the Holy of Holies was the closest anyone could get to God. But only the High Priest could enter into His presence and only after he was cleansed and made a sacrifice for his own sins. Jesus became our High Priest and our sacrifice.
