Jesus Paid the Full Ransom For All PeopleGreetings Reader Sometimes, when reading prophetic verses in the Old Testament, we struggle to understand what the writer was referring to. However, in other places, such as Psalm 111, we know exactly who the Psalmist referred to. He opened up the Psalm with the exaltation of "Praise the Lord," followed by an exclamation point. Then, he ended this Psalm with "Praise Him forever," accompanied by the same punctuation. After praising the Lord, the Psalmist made the statement, 'He has paid a full ransom for his people.' He probably wrote thatwithout knowing to whom he referenced. We know, though, that he pointed straight to Jesus. Enjoy this great Psalm and the devotion I've written about it. God Bless Robin
