Shout Joyfully To The Living GodGreetings Reader Psalm 84 is one of those Psalms tucked a little past the halfway point in the book of Psalms. You may not be very familiar with it, but I’m sure you’ve heard some quotes from it. Here is one of the more popular ones. “A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else!” Psalm 84:10 You have probably heard the rest of that verse as well. “I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked.” Psalm 84:10 The title of today’s devotion comes from verse 2. “With my whole being, body and soul, I will shout joyfully to the living God.” Psalm 84:2 Psalm 84 reminds us of the joy of being in God’s presence and the blessing that comes when our hearts are set on Him.
